How can we help you?

T24 / All-on-X

Firstly, we listen to your needs and plan the perfect smile, with your approval. We then arrange a full General Anaesthetic where we remove your teeth, clean up all infections and contour your jaw bone to receive implants. We will then place 4-6 implants in each jaw bone at that time. You will be able to go home after the procedure and you will return the very next day, to have a set of teeth screwed in, rock solid, which you can eat on straight away!

Please watch the video above to learn about dental implants and what they can do. Costs of treatment do vary between cases and as this is complex personalised treatment, we can only quote accurately after seeing you. Find out more here or contact our team.

At Ascend Dental, we believe that everyone should have access to high-quality dental care without the burden of financial stress. To make this possible, we offer a range of flexible payment options tailored to meet different needs. For routine dental treatments, we partner with zero-interest, zero-deposit providers such as Afterpay, Zip, and Humm. These options allow you to spread the cost over time without any additional financial burden. For more complex and costly procedures, we have collaborations with larger finance providers to ensure that even the most advanced dental treatments are within reach. Our goal is to make your journey to optimal oral health as smooth and stress-free as possible.

The All-on-4 and All-on-X procedures are advanced dental implant techniques designed to replace a full set of teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four or more implants. Ascend Dental enhances this process with our T24 system, which provides patients with a complete set of new teeth in just 24 hours. This approach uses modern technology and established techniques to streamline the process. Treatment outcomes and timeframes may vary depending on individual circumstances. To find out whether All-on-X solutions may be suitable for you, we recommend booking a personalised consultation with our team.

If you have no teeth, or many missing teeth and are sick of dentures rubbing, moving around, falling out and rendering you unable to eat the foods you love, then this is perfect for you! A full set of fixed teeth is like a brand new second chance!

If you have lots of breaking, decayed, infected and/or loose teeth, this is also an ideal treatment option for you. It is always a good idea to remove the bad teeth sooner rather than later before the continual infections cause more and more of your jaw bone to erode away – making implants and other treatment possibly less successful in the future.
